This Refund Policy applies to the purchase of the Market Verse educational course.
The course consists of recorded digital video lessons, chart-reading material and related educational content delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access to digital content is granted immediately, all sales are generally final.
If you face a genuine technical issue accessing your purchased course (e.g. payment deducted but access not granted), please contact us within 3 days of purchase at marketversecontact@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8871648369, and we will resolve the access issue or process a refund for that specific failure.
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same course, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full once verified.
Since course content is delivered digitally and instantly, refunds are not provided for change of mind after the course material has been accessed.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
All refund requests must be raised via marketversecontact@gmail.com with your payment details/order ID.
